Thank you very much for your interest in staying at Camping Panorama in Aeschi. The following contractual conditions and rules indicate the mutual rights and obligations between Camping Panorama and the camping guest. By booking rental accommodation or a pitch, the tenant agrees to the following general terms and conditions.

1. booking

You can make your booking for a stay at Panorama Camping Aeschi via info@camping-aeschi.ch. Your enquiry will normally be processed immediately and you will receive a reply directly from us. The contract only comes into effect with the written confirmation of acceptance by the campsite owner. The landlord reserves the right to change the booking if necessary.

Only bookings made by e-mail, telephone or contact form can be considered; messages via channels such as WhatsApp, Messinger or Instagram will not be answered.

1.1 Booking via internet booking system

Your booking via an online booking system only becomes definitive once you have received confirmation of availability from Camping Panorama.

1.2 Bookings by young people

Young people between the ages of 16 and 18 who make a booking must present written authorisation from a parent or guardian on arrival at the campsite.

1.3 Minimum stay

Plots: No minimum length of stay except on Ascension Day / 3 days and Whitsun / 2 days
‘Zwärgli": No minimum length of stay
‘Spycher": 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday

1.4 Dogs are not allowed on the campsite

2. deposit

High season: 20 % of the total amount
Low season: No deposit is required

3. settlement

Der Gesamtbetrag ist am Anreisetag zu leisten (Hochsaison: Restbetrag).
Es wird nur Bargeld als Schweizer-Franken akzeptiert.

4. cancellation

The camping guest may cancel the contract at any time. In the interest of the guest and to avoid misunderstandings, the cancellation must be made in writing. This is not possible by telephone. The date of cancellation is determined by the date of receipt of the cancellation notice by Camping Panorama. It is best to send it by e-mail to postmaster@camping-aeschi.ch

5 Cancellation fees

The campsite's claim to payment of the rental costs remains in force even if the camping guest does not start the trip or starts it late, cancels it or leaves early.

The reasons for this are generally irrelevant. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. The following amounts will be charged in the event of cancellation or early departure: 

1 month before date of arrival = 30 % of the costs
2 weeks before date of arrival = 50 % of the costs
7 days before the date of arrival = 100 % of the costs

Late arrival or early departure = 100 % of the costs

6. arrival and departure

The booked property / pitch is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure. The guest can arrive by 7 pm at the latest. Should arrival be significantly delayed, please inform us accordingly. If no notification is given, the property / pitch will only be kept available until 12 noon on the following day and will then be reallocated. The site management cannot be held responsible for late arrivals or early departures. Overnight accommodation fees must also be paid for any days not utilised as a result. Properties / pitches that are vacated prematurely can also be occupied elsewhere.

7. data protection

With your booking you authorise Camping Panorama to store and use your personal data in the context of its services (administrative processing, statistical analysis) and to pass it on to third parties who have been commissioned to process the data and who are bound to strict confidentiality, and to use this data for the development of new products or services.

The place of jurisdiction in the event of legal disputes is the place of jurisdiction at the campsite.
